Ellen Livingston, MA, RYT, shares her passion for health creation through Living Yoga. A natural raw food diet and yoga are the primary tools of her unique teachings and healthy lifestyle coaching. She is a certified yoga teacher and has inspired and assisted hundreds of people to make lasting, life-changing health improvements.
