by hillary dorwart
Do you frequently find yourself feeling frazzled and overwhelmed? If so, then it's time to take action to bring your nervous system back into balance. You can protect yourself by learning how to recognize the signs and symptoms of stress and taking steps to reduce its harmful effects.
Join us as Dr. Nansook Park, Associate Professor of Psychology and Co-Director of the Michigan Positive Psychology Center at the University of Michigan, discusses effective strategies based on recent research findings that we can use in our daily lives not only to reduce stress but to build a happy, healthy, and good life.
This is an event that you cannot afford to miss! The program is co-sponsored by the Taubman Health Science Libraries and The Michigan Institute for Clinical & Health Research (MICHR).
