StressStress

Do you frequently find yourself feeling frazzled and overwhelmed? If so, then it's time to take action to bring your nervous system back into balance. You can protect yourself by learning how to recognize the signs and symptoms of stress and taking steps to reduce its harmful effects.

Join us as Dr. Nansook Park, Associate Professor of Psychology and Co-Director of the Michigan Positive Psychology Center at the University of Michigan, discusses effective strategies based on recent research findings that we can use in our daily lives not only to reduce stress but to build a happy, healthy, and good life.

This is an event that you cannot afford to miss! The program is co-sponsored by the Taubman Health Science Libraries and The Michigan Institute for Clinical & Health Research (MICHR).

How do I sign up. My kids have all left home and I'm still frazzled.

No need to sign up or register. Just arrive to the downtown library a little before 7:00 pm to get a seat. It'll be held in the library's Multi-Purpose Room - which is located on our basement level. Hope you can still attend! Thanks for your interest.

Great event.

Glad I didn't "stress" myself to make it to this.
