In this class, you will learn the basic exercises upon which the entire Pilates method is built. Challenge your core and build balance, function, and the strength to tackle life with a fit body! MOVE Wellness is Ann Arbor's award-winning mind-body fitness and wellness studio. Offering a well-rounded array of fitness and wellness services, MOVE helps clients reach their goals and live a joyful life in a fit and healthy body.

Please wear clothing you can exercise in and bring a yoga mat.
