Suicide Prevention Month

September is National Suicide Prevention Month, providing an opportunity to learn about, and connect with, your local suicide prevention resources. All month, mental health advocates, prevention organizations, survivors, allies, and community members unite to promote suicide prevention awareness.
Local suicide prevention coalition, Washtenaw Alive has created a comprehensive list of resources in the area. If you or anyone you know is having suicidal thoughts, call 1-800-273-TALK (8255), the national suicide prevention helpline.
On World Suicide Prevention Day, Sunday, September 10th, there will be a free screening of at the Ross School of Business, Robertson Auditorium, 701 Tappan Avenue.
