Description
Kickshaw Theatre & AADL invite you to a staged reading of Empathitrax, a new drama by Ana Nogueira. How far are you willing to go to salvage your relationship? Once you know the true, inner feelings of another, can you still find love? Empathitrax is a searing, darkly funny and heart-filled story of a young couple who turns to a new breakthrough in pharmacology to save their fractured relationship. Like any new drug, there are unforeseen side effects that, in this instance, have poignant and shattering consequences.
Kickshaw is Ann Arbor’s new non-profit professional theatre and operates under an agreement with the Actors’ Equity Association, the union of professional actors and stage managers. Kickshaw prides itself on exciting the curiosity of audiences and artists with plays that represent humanity in all its complexity and multitudes.
