Hasbaro-Jenga
How high can you build the tower of wood bricks before it tumbles down? Come to the Pittsfield Branch Library on Tuesday, June 22nd from 2 - 3 p.m. and test your Jenga skills. We'll provide the games, you bring the steady hands.
Prizes at the tournament will be awarded to the top three finishers in two categories: grades K-2 and 3-5. As with all summer programs, we go by the grade you will be entering in the fall.
Purple Rose Theatre Visits
Purple Rose Theatre presents a Concert Reading of their upcoming play Miles & Ellie, by Don Zolidis on Tues., May 28 from 6:30-9 PM at the Downtown AADL. Artistic Director Guy Sanville will lead a discussion after the reading, when the audience can offer their comments.

Some of these books are hard to find, but you can read them anytime by stopping in to the Downtown Library.

i LOVE jenga
who made jenga?
I love playing Jenga, but sometimes it takes a long time. That's why I think the tournament might take hours. Sometimes just one game can take fifteen minutes to a half an hour. Like that other guy said, I wonder who invented Jenga, I wonder if they invented any other games.....hmmmm?
What are the jenga pieces made out of?
