Sewing instructor Nettie Tiso will be here lead you through this skill session and to help troubleshoot your projects. This week we'll focus on sewing wearable items that fit properly. From the template of an existing shirt, learn to transform an existing garment into something new and original that is fit right for you using basic sewing techniques. Please bring along a T-shirt that doesn't fit quite right to practice on. Transform an ill-fitting concert tee in to something you'll actually wear!

Do you already know how to sew and want to hang out, too? Bring a UFO with you! As in, an unfinished object that you’ve been meaning to work on. Use our machines or bring your own for an evening of community sewing!
