I've collected a few more sources for Michigan sample ballots on my web site, including one sponsored by the Gannett newspaper chain that has a bunch of candidate questions and answers.
Washtenaw County has a Washtenaw Votes site up with links to ballots precinct by precinct keyed off your address. Larry Kestenbaum, the county clerk, was telling me about that today.
Publius is my favorite of all of these because it really has interactive sample ballots - the names of candidates are linked through to the candidate web sites, so you can see what people are saying about themselves.

The library gathers together useful websites about elections in the Elections section of the AADL Select Sites.
A list of all of the polling places in the county (again via the Washtenaw Votes site) has an address of everywhere you might go to vote by city or township and precinct and ward. Go to Washtenaw Votes or Publius to look up where you should go to, if you don't know already.
