Description
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common childhood disorders and can continue through adolescence and adulthood. Treatments to manage ADHD include medication – but what are the alternatives and are they successful?
Geraldine Markel, Ph.D. will present on ADHD and performance breakthroughs: Is Medication ever enough? She will provide information that will be useful for parents of children with ADHD as well as adults with ADHD, and there will be plenty of time for questions and answers.
Geraldine Markel replaces Michael J. Patterson's previously scheduled discussion of ADHD medication.
This event is co-sponsored by AADL and CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder) of Washtenaw County.
