Claymation Puppet Workshop for Teens with Animator Brad Pattullo

Saturday July 5, 2014: 11:00 am to 4:00 pm -- Downtown Library: 4th Floor Meeting Room

This event is intended for Teens in Grades 6-12

Clay animator Brad Pattullo guides you through the process of fabricating a clay puppet for animation at this popular workshop. From character design to the assembly of a posable aluminum wire armature and sculpting with plasticine clay, you can make a fully-realized, stop-motion puppet for animation or display. This is a five-hour, hands-on session—plan to use the entire time to complete your project. If time allows, equipment is available to make short animated films. Lunch is served at 12:30 pm.

This event was originally scheduled for the Downtown Library Multi-Purpose Room and has been relocated to the 4th floor of the Downtown Library.
