Using Yoga To Reduce Stress - NEW LOCATION

This event is intended for adults and teens grades 6 and up
In this Kundalini Yoga class, instructor Victoria Duranona will teach us how to become aware of stressors and how they influence our communication, our relationships, and our performance. She will then lead us through yoga and meditation to release our stress so we can flow with the right voltage and be able to put up with life's challenges without losing ourselves.
It is advised to bring a bottle of water, not eat for two hours before you come, and dress appropriately for exercise. Also, please bring your own mat.
