Community Vinyasa Yoga

This event is intended for adults and teens grade 6 and up

Yoga is a fun way to gain strength, flexibility and balance, while decreasing stress and tension. Come learn some of the basics of the Vinyasa style of yoga, which integrates breath with movement. Certified yoga instructor Raina LaGrand, of Amandla Energy Works, will be teaching. Raina is known in the community for teaching at the YMCA, A2 Yoga, and at the Phoenix Center here in Ann Arbor. Participants should dress ready to work out and bring a mat if they have one! All levels welcome, but participants should be able to move comfortably from the floor to standing.
