Try Kundalini Yoga for Stress Reduction

What age range is this for? Also, do you just show up at events or do you need to sign up?

Just come. Registration is not required.


My 6th grader and her friend really enjoyed this! We're looking forward to the November program that was mentioned, using Yoga to help get to sleep.


I love Kundalini Yoga. I've tried loads of different forms of Yoga but nothing really did it for me until I started Kundalini. It might be that I lack patience however this type of Yoga is really straight forward and you can see positive results pretty fast. I'm really happy to see the courses have finally started at the library!
