Did you know there are apps for your baby to use or be soothed by with your iPad? Bring your baby and come explore these apps on our baby-proofed iPads, starting with some rhymes and music. You and your baby will have time to play with an iPad!

I wouldn't want my child

I wouldn't want my child playing with an ipad type thing at such a young. I don't want kids to addicted to electronics at such a young age.

I have been to this event in the past - lots of fun! At the beginning they tell stories, and then the babies are allowed to play with the iPads, other toys, and each other as well.

interesting idea for a program. didn't realize iPads could be babyproofed!

@fairytale: Each iPad that we use for this program is protected by an "iGuy" case (that's what the cartoonish looking green thing is in the event picture). In addition to making the iPad look a little like a cartoon character, it also does a great job making it much more durable, drop-proof, and drool-proof!

We'll start the morning off with a few songs, and then have plenty of time for free play/exploration of the iPads, with a few other toys out as well. Hope to see you there!
