AA/Ypsi Reads Book Lecture and Discussion
If you missed previous Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti Reads events, or if you’re still hungry for more, we’ve got an event for you. Professor Leslie Pincus will discuss this year’s selection, A Tale For the Time Being, with special attention to Japanese culture. Bullying, unemployment, suicide, and other issues in the book will be discussed in relation to Japan’s seemingly harmonious and stable culture on Thursday, February 26 from 7-8:30 pm at the Traverwood branch.
