Ken Lay, ex-CEO of Enron, is dead
Ken Lay, convicted ex-CEO of Enron, has died.
Lay, 64, was awaiting sentencing on multiple counts of fraud, conspiracy and bank fraud, when he died of a massive coronary in Aspen, Colorado.
