Care for the Caregiver

If you are providing care for a loved one, be sure to attend Care for the Caregiver on Thursday, July 26, 6-7:30 pm at Cancer Support Community, 2010 Hogback Rd., Suite 3 in Ann Arbor. This workshop will address the emotional roller-coaster you may face while adjusting to these demanding new roles and responsibilities. It will also provide suggestions for caregivers who experience feelings of helplessness, guilt, anger and fear while they also try to take care of themselves. The Ann Arbor District Library has created a Public List, Resources for Caregivers, of books and DVDs in their collection.
