As temperatures continue to rise, so will the number of people out exercising. If you're looking for ways to track your fitness progress, find a good running or biking route, find a race to try, or meet up with other people in our community that enjoy the same activities that you do, then come to the computer class, Fitness Resources on the Web, on Tuesday, April 3 from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Traverwood Branch library.
Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Classrooms will open 15 minutes before the class start times. Class handouts are here.
