Last year was the first year on record where US house sizes actually stopped growing in size. This shift is indicative of a trend towards greener and more economical living. On Tuesday, April 7, from 7 to 8:30pm at Malletts Creek Branch, Master Designer Michael Klement of Architectural Resource, LLC will discuss how to achieve beauty, efficiency and conservation of energy and resources in a smaller home, remodel or addition. His presentation will be loosely based on the popular book, The Not So Big House, by Sarah Susanka.
