Our Bodies Ourselves
In collaboration with the UM Women's Health Resource Center, AADL presents Judy Norsigian, Exec. Director, Our Bodies Ourselves, and Dr. Helen Kales, Director, UM Program for Positive Aging, in a discussion of Approaching Mid-Life with a Positive Attitude on Wed., Feb. 10 at 7 PM at the Pittsfield Branch. Topics to be discussed include Menopause: Revisiting the Hormone Debate and Promoting Emotional and Cognitive Wellbeing in Later Life. Ms. Norsigian is a co-author of all editions of Our Bodies, Ourselves. The event includes a book sale and signing.
