Gardening with Children by Beth Richardson is an exciting book to share with the kids. What I like most about this wonderful book are the activities created by the author. She discusses creating fall holiday gardens, making scarecrows, carving personalized pumpkins, making cornhusk dolls, making apple wreaths, and saving seeds. You can easily do these activities indoors in case the weather turns temperamental. Another great aspect of this book are the 130 photographs and many illustrations to help you along your way. Enjoy!
