The Party Grades 6-8 P.1 It was a Friday. We had just got off of school and Aidan, Colin, Trevor and I were going to Felix’s house. When we got there, we ran into the house and threw our stuff on the ground and ran down stairs. We all went for the controllers I had got the first one then Felix then Colin and Aidan. We put in Modern Warfare 3 and we started to talk about what we were going to do tomorrow. “Why don’t we go downtown?” said Aidan “No how about we go to the mall?” said Colin “ No Greg and I were there last week,” said Felix “Yeah” I said “Well what are we going to do?” “How about we throw a party?” “YEAH!” they all replied “We all have money. We can buy snacks and drinks but where are we going to throw the party?” said Felix “We should go to your lake house” I replied. We went to the computer and post all over Facebook. We logged on to my account and made a new event and invited a bunch of people. We went on chat and chatted everyone that was online “come to our party and invite your friends and tell them to invite their friends.” We got a lot of people so we went out to buy the food and drinks. We got on our bikes and went to the store. We picked up some two liters, chips, and cans of soda and put them in 5 different duffle bags and left. We already had pizza and other stuff at the lake house we had a little money left over and we go buy some candy from the corner store. The Party Grades 6-8 P.2 We got back to Felix’s and put the soda in the fridge. Then we went out front and went skate boarding and ate our candy. When we got done we went inside to the basement and played air hockey. “I got fist game,” I said “I got second,” said Colin “You ready for this.” said Colin “For this win?” I Said. I got the puck first and I hit it to Colin, it hit the end and it came back to me. Hit it again and scored 1-0, Colin got the puck and hit it. I knocked it to the side but it went back to Colin he hit the side and it went in 1-1, but then we hear “Guys lunch!” We ran upstairs and his mom had made some grilled cheese and a salad. We all grabbed a Marley’s mellow mood tea and went to eat. “This is good Ms.Clinthorne,” said Colin. “It sure is” I replied “Thank you Greg and Colin” “ No Problem” we replied. When we finished we went and got our stuff ready and went to the lake house to get ready for the party. We set up the speakers and put the soda in the fridge and went and got a couple bags of ice and put them in the freezer. Then Felix’s mom left and we went upstairs and we called our rooms and then went down stairs grabbed a can of soda and went back upstairs and climbed out the window and sat on the roof. When we finished our soda we went out to the lake and grabbed some fishing polls and bate and took the boat out. We all went to a different side of the boat so our lines wouldn't tangle. After about 5 minutes I feel a slight tug on my line and I start to reel in and I feel resistance I say. “I got something” “Reel it in,” said Colin. “I am and I need help.” The Party Grades 6-8 P.3 They all run over to me and we reel it in and it’s a big one. I had caught a long mouth bass. “Anyone knows how to scale it? Cause I know how to cook it” I Said. “We could call my dad,” said Felix. “What about the neighbors?” said Colin? “Yeah they know how,” said Felix “Good” I Replied. We came back into shore and Felix went to knock on the door. Colin and Trevor walked it in while Aidan and I tied the boat up. Felix’s neighbors had brought the over and we made some batter and deep fried it then we went up on the roof and ate then came in and went to bed. I woke up and went down stairs and Colin and Aidan were playing pool and Trevor was in the bathroom. I walked up to the fridge and there was nothing for breakfast. So I said who wants to ride to the store to get breakfast food with me. “I guess I will go Greg” Said Aidan “Ok I’m going to take a shower first” I replied “Ok then I'm going to finish my game of pool” Said Aidan I went up stairs and told Felix the plan. Then grabbed a towel and went to shower. When I was done me and Aidan went out and got eggs bacon and toast. But on the way back we got lost. So went back to the store and went another way. This way looked familiar so we kept on this road and we got to Felix’s house and we made breakfast. After breakfast we got ready for the party we set up our speakers and set up the laptop with all the music. Made a sign that said party here and put ice and drinks in the cooler and set out the snacks and we took the pool table to The Party The garage. John got here early because we asked him to help set up he helped Trevor set up the surround sound. “This is going to be sweet,” said John “You know it” we all replied. “In a half an hour people should start coming,” said Trevor “Alright then lets just chill for a little” Felix replied I grabbed us all drinks and we sat there for a little and we heard a knock at the door. It was Brandon and he brought some soda. “Aye Brandon what up” I said “Aye what up Greg” he replied He came and sat on the couch with us as we played some Earl Sweatshirt. More and more people started showing up and before you know it the place were packed with people. So we cranked up the volume and but the bass all the way up and it was making the floor and walls shake so we turned the bass down a little. Apparently we had got some noise complaints and there was a loud knock at the door. I went to open it and there were two cops at the door. “Hi, are your parents here?” said one of the cops. “Umm no why?” I replied. “Well he have got some noise complaints from some of you neighbors” he said “Well we can turn it down” “That would be amazing” “No problem officer” I replied “Now remember if we get a noise compliant or and kind we will be fining you” “Ok sir” So I went and cut the music. The Party Grade 6-8 P.5 “Hey listen we just got a noise complaint so we need to keep it down!” I went to check the food and drinks and I got some more soda and food out and filled up. Then some one turned up the volume and locked the keyboard so I couldn't turn the sound down. So I ran out to look for Felix and the boat was gone he was giving boat rides and he is in the middle of one. So I went back inside and there were the cops writing a ticket so I went up to the Officer and apologized. “Officer someone turned up the volume after I turned it down and locked the Keyboard so I couldn't turn it down” “That’s not why I’m writing you a ticket” “Then what are you writing a ticket for?” “I got a call about trespassing” “I’m sorry officer is there anything I can do for you not to write this ticket?” “I’m sorry kid but there is nothing.” “Ok then have a good night officer” I went and turned off the speaker and told everybody to call there parents and went out side and asked who was going threw other peoples property cause your paying for the ticket we got. They wouldn’t confess so someone told me who it was and I called there parents and told them and when they came to pick them up they gave me the money. After everyone left Colin Aidan Felix Trevor and I had to clean up. When the house was all cleaned and we brought the pool table in and we played 8 ball and I won then we played pool with teams. It was Colin and I verses Felix Trevor and Aidan and we won and then we got a drink and went up and watched a movie and went to slowly dazed off in the middle of the movie. The Party Grade 6-8 P.6 When we woke up Felix’s mom was there to bring us back to his house. When we got there we ate waffles and went downstairs and played Modern Warfare 3 and waited for our parents to get there first Trevor’s Parents showed up. “See you Trevor,” we said “Peace guys” About an hour later Colin’s mom and Aidan’s dad showed up “Peace Colin Peace Aidan” said Felix and I. “Peace” they both replied. As soon as they left my dad showed up. “Thanks for having me” I said “No problem peace dude” said Felix
