Missing in Venice

	Once in the town of Venice a girl named Lizzy was placed in an orphanage. She had became an orphan after what she did a month earlier...
			
	“Lizzy! Wake up, you’re going to be late for your first day” said Lizzy’s butler.  Lizzy woke, brushed her curly orange hair and put her new uniform on. The uniform was black with a little red and gray.
	“Good morning” said Lizzy running down the stairs. “Hi sweet heart” said butler.  “OK, what is it?” asked Lizzy. “What’s what?” answered butler. “Come on there’s something’’ said Lizzy. “OK, OK your new school is a boarding school in Venice,” said butler. “WHAT! I knew Phil (dad) was going to do that!” Lizzy said Furiously.
“Now, now Lizzy Phil was not planning on it, he just said this was no place for an 8 year old girl” said butler. ”He’s trying to get rid of me,” Lizzy said while she started storming around the room. “Come Lizzy sit and eat,” said butler softly. “Fine.”  Lizzy sat and ate her sausage and eggs. After she finished she went up to the room and packed her uniforms. Just after she finished butler came in “Phil didn’t want this just after your mother died, it’s been hard for him." “You mean for me, he only married my mother for the money” said Lizzy.
	“Honey your mother and father loved each other,” said Butler, “We have to go now, guest what?”  “What?” asked Lizzy. ”We are taking the train,” said butler. ”I hate trains,” answered Lizzy. “I know,” said Butler looking up at the Ocean Liner poster. “I love that boat, it was the boat that real my mom and dad had their honey moon on” said Lizzy looking at the poster too.
	“Time to leave” said butler handing a train ticket to Lizzy. “6 hours!” said Lizzy. “Don’t worry you will be asleep most of the time” Butler said.
	Then Butler picked up Lizzy’s suitcase. “Lizzy calm down its time to leave”. “No, I’m not going so Phil can have the house to himself” Lizzy said trying to take the suitcase out of Butlers hand. “You have to go because Phil is going to work all day and I won’t be hear any more” said butler. “You mean you are leaving?” asked Lizzy. “Yes, but only because I need to” answered Butler. “I’ve always wanted to know what your name is?” asked Lizzy. “Adele” Answered Adele. 
	“Are you riding the train with me?” asked Lizzy. “Yes,” Answered Adele.
Lizzy walked to the door “Time to go.” Lizzy grabbed Adele’s hand and walked her to the car. Jamason was in the car, waiting to take them to the train station. “Hi, Jamason” said   
Lizzy. Jamason was the butler for her mom.
	“Hi Elizabeth” Answered Jamason while he unlocked the car. Lizzy climbed into the back seat while she set her suitcase on the floor. The car had 5 seats, Jamason was in the front with Adele and Lizzy was in the back. As the car started to leave Lizzy looked at her old house as it passed by. With its white glory and its beautiful garden that now was dying because it was Lizzy’s moms garden and she dead. She thought if she would ever see it again.
	
	The car got to the train station 15 minutes later.
	“Bye Elizabeth” said Jamason. “Bye Jamason” Lizzy said stepping out of the car. Lizzy walked away with Adele a tear running down her face. ”Lizzy come we are going to be late” said Adele Grabbed Lizzy’s hand. When they got into the train station People were pushing and shoving to get to their train. Lizzy took out the ticket, they said train 25B. They looked at the signs 26A-26G no, 24A-24G no, 25A-25G yes! Lizzy pulled Adele’s hand and followed the signs.

	When they got to train 25B there were many seats and about 50 people. Lizzy and Adele took two seats next to each other Lizzy took the window seat to look out the window, but only with in 10 minutes she fell asleep.

	“Lizzy, Lizzy wake up” a small voice said in her ear. Lizzy blinked her eyes trying to see what was happening. “Lizzy were here,” said Adele. ”Oh really” Lizzy asked. “Yeah I can’t believe you slept the whole time,” answered Adele. Lizzy grabbed her suitcase and followed Adele out the door. The Venice Train station was smelly and there were less people. Adele flagged a taxi. “To 217 Wizards Street” said Adele. It took 20 minutes until they got there. “Thanks” said Lizzy. She looked up all the houses looked the same. Beige, white and smashed together. She walked up to the school, the door was huge. “Lizzy wait up,” said Adele. But Lizzy didn’t hear she was to amazed by the school. As she opened the door she saw kids wearing the weirdest things. They were wearing wizard cloaks. “Hi and Welcome to the wizard academy of wizardry” said a man. “My name is Mr. Goodafitch,” said Mr. Goodafitch. “Hi” said Lizzy. “Say bye to your Mom” said Mr. Goodafitch. “Bye Mom she said not even hugging her. “Bye Lizzy” said Adele walking out the door. “Now I’ll lead you to your room” said Mr. Goodafitch. “Your room mate will be Chloe and your room is room 71.” “You mean I have a room mate and room 71?” asked Lizzy trying to keep pace with him as they walked up the stairs. “Yes, we have room mates and this is a magic school, so there for we put a spell on the school to save money” answered Mr. Goodafitch. “Here we are.” He opened the door and inside was two beds, computer, desk, mini fridge, a dresser and a bathroom. ”Have fun” said Mr. Goodafitch as he shut the door on her. “Hello?” said a little voice. “Hi” Lizzy said back. A girl about her age walked out from behind the wall. “Hi, my name is Chloe.”  “ I’m Lizzy,” said Lizzy while she inspected her. She had short dark black hair and was wearing a wizard cloak. “Why are you not wearing a cloak?” Asked Chloe. “Because I didn’t know you need to wear one” Lizzy said setting her suitcase down next to the dresser. Just then someone knocked on the door. Chloe went to the door and there was Mr. Goodafitch. “I forgot to give you your class list” He handed her a piece of paper. As she read it, it was like a normal school schedule, but one thing caught her eye, SPELLING. “Why does it say spelling?” asked Lizzy? “Because that is when we learn spells” Answered Chloe. The rest of the night she just looked around the room and read the spell book on the dresser.

	“Wake up Lizzy your going to be late” Said Chloe pulling her blanket off. “Sorry” Said Lizzy half in a yawn. “Put on your cloak, so we can leave for breakfast,” said Chloe handing the cloak to Lizzy. Lizzy took the cloak and went to the bathroom. She brushed her hair and brushed her teeth. Then put on the cloak. 				
	“You take to long, we aren’t going to a ball or anything” said Lizzy pushing her to the door. “Sorry I’ve never been to Wizard school” said Lizzy follow Chloe down the stairs. “We have the same classes” Said Chloe. “How do you know that?” asked Lizzy? “I read the sheet when you where reading the spell book” answered Chloe. 
	Just then Chloe got off the stairs and walked to the dinning room. Chloe open the door. “Wow” Lizzy said. The room was giant and it had the biggest chandelier she had ever seen. “Follow Me,” said Chloe. Lizzy followed her to a dark wood table. “Just wait that’s only the beginning” said Chloe. “When does the food come?” asked Lizzy as she just noticed how hungry she was. 
	“Just a second, now think of your favorite breakfast” said Chloe. Just then pancakes popped in front of Chloe. So now Lizzy thought really hard and “POOF” a plate of sausage and eggs popped in front of her. “Wow this is awesome,” she said stuffing her face with food. 
	“Wow you are hungry,” said Chloe with the biggest smile you have ever seen.
After Lizzy licked her plate clean she asked “what’s next?” “We go to class,” said Chloe.	
	After Mr. Goodafitch talked for about 10 minutes Chloe led Lizzy to a classroom.
“Go find a seat class” said a women in the front of the room. “That’s Miss Cringle,” whispered Chloe. “We are going to learn how to levitate objects,” said Miss Cringle. 
Right after she said that she pulled out a wand and pointed to a potted plant and “POOF” it was flying around the room. Where ever the wand pointed is where the potted plant went. “OK now who wants to try?” She looked around. No one answered. “I will choose then... I choose you,” she pointed to a boy in the back he had black hair and pale skin. “OK now Billy point your wand to the plant and focus really hard,” said Miss Cringle.  Billy tried really hard but nothing happen. “Its OK Billy you can try again” Miss Cringle said helping him this time. Then a “POOF” and the plant was in the air. He started to move it around the room really fast and “SMASH” he broke the plant. “OK go sit down now” said Miss Cringle pointing her wand at the mess and levitating it to the trash. “RING DING RING DING.” “Class over go to your rooms” said Miss Cringle. Lizzy followed Chloe out the room and to the bedroom.
	The rest of the month went like that eat, learn, eat, learn, eat, learn, and sleep until one day when Lizzy figured out how to see the Ocean Liner...
	“I’m going to go ask Miss cringle how to make stuff turn to water again” Said Lizzy leaving Chloe. She walked to the office of Miss Cringle, but when she got there she heard Miss Cringle talking to Mr. Goodafitch “Follow me” said Miss Cringle she pulled a book and the bookcase open to a room. “Wow” Lizzy said to herself.
After about 10 minutes she went over to the bookcase and pulled that book the bookcase opened to a room. As she walked in she could see the book of spells in the middle of the room. She looked in the book for the right spell then a spell caught her eye “Ursanium crutatious” the spell to make things come.”  She ripped out the page and ran to her room when she got there Chloe wasn’t there, so she took out her wand and said the spell “Ursanium crutatious” and she waited and waited while she waited she looked at the tiny canal next to the school and she thought how is it going to fit. Just then she could see it! Even with her mighty engines in reverse, the Ocean Liner pulled further and further in to the canal.
 She could see it all of it, just then Miss Cringle, “Who do you think you are taking the page out of the book?” asked Miss cringle. Just then the Ocean Liner honked its mighty horn and it started passing by the window breaking it. “Did you do that?” She looked at Lizzy hand and saw the wand. “You did!” Miss cringle grabbed her arm and pulled her to Mr. Goodafitch office. This time she’d gone too far. “This girl ripped a page out of the book of spells and used it for her own selfish reason” Said Miss Cringle pushing her to Mr. Goodafitch. “You have no place to go so I’ll put you in the local Orphanage” said Mr. Goodafitch taking her wand. 

	And that’s the story of how Lizzy got placed in an orphanage.
