Manga Drawing Contest

The Manga Drawing Contest was first held in 2007 and everyone enjoyed it so much we had to have it again. The contest is sponsored by the Ann Arbor District Library and judged by professional comics artists. Drawings are judged in four different age groups: Grades K-2, Grades 3-5, Grades 6-8, and Grades 9-12. Prizes are given to the top three artists in each age group. Prize ribbons are also awarded in each age group for Best Fan Art, Best Original Character, and Best Comic Strip.
