Kundalini Yoga for Stress Reduction

Learn how to be aware of stressors and their influence on our lives.

We'll do yoga and meditation to release the stress so we can flow with the right voltage and deal with life's challenges without losing ourselves.

This event is for adults and teens (grade 6 and up).
