Washi tape is a decorative Japanese tape used in craft projects.
We have lots of colors and patterns of tape available for you to make greeting card images and other inspired crafts. Bring an item from home to decorate, if you'd like!
This event is for youth (grade 3 and up), teens and adults.
Flying Aces - Professional Frisbee Disc Team
Tuesday July 30, 2013: 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm -- Pittsfield Branch: Program Room

The Flying Aces Frisbee Team entertains with information, humor, athletic skills, amazing feats, tricks and just plain silliness! The show ends with an audience participation contest for autographed Flying Aces Frisbees!
This event is for youth (grade 3 and up), teens and adults.
Straw Bridge Engineering

What kind of bridge can you build with straws and other household materials? Can you build the strongest one?
This event is for Grades 3-8.
Yoda Dolls
Tuesday August 6, 2013: 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm -- Pittsfield Branch: Program Room

Travel to a galaxy far, far away as you sew your own Yoda doll from felt. Note: We will be using real sewing needles. Parents/caregivers should assist younger participants.
This event is for children between ages of 2-5 years, accompanied by an adult.
