This workshop, led by drama teacher Phil Walker and storyteller Badria Jazairi, both Laughter Yoga leaders and Fun Specialists, incorporates exercises based on laughter yoga, creative play and theater games. Laughter Yoga is a technique that uses a blend of playful, empowering and simple laughter exercises. Laughter Yoga is done as a way to improve health, increase well-being and promote peace in the world through personal transformation. |
