Speed Dating For Books

What better way to spend Valentine's evening: meet new books and new people!

Bring your favorite book and find another great book. Introduce your book to another person in five-minute segments and see if you can match your book up with a new reader.

This event is for teens (grade 6 - 12).

Local authors Lara Zielin (photo) and Margaret Yang bring some tips, tricks and stories of success to their discussion of eBooks and electronic self-publishing on Thurs., Feb. 9, at 7 PM at the Traverwood Branch. This event is held in conjunction with Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti Reads 2012, the theme of which is Language: How We Communicate.
