French Dressing

1 cup Mazola, 1/2 cup catsup, 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 onion (grated fine), 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 garlic put in for two hours and then removed. Double this for one quart. Shake well.
