Patron Comment: Trim 3rd floor plants. It is not attractive to have them trailing all over the tops of the stacks -

Patron Comment: Add CD drives to the computers.

AADL Reply: Thanks for contacting us with your suggestion. We will keep it in mind for the future. The biggest challenge with CD-ROM drives is preventing programs from being run or installed from them that could negatively impact the library's network or comprimise other user's security. However, thanks for your feedback, and thanks for using the library. Eli Neiburger AADL Tech Manager

Patron Comment: you should offer little cards that allow you to get on the computer. But this libary is very nice

AADL Reply: Thank you for contacting us about providing cards that will allow you to use our computers. The library does provide computer use cards; please stop at any branch information desk or at the Downtown second floor periodicals desk to receive one. While it does not provide you with borrowing privileges, the computer card will allow you to sign on to our public access computers. I hope this information is useful. Thank you for taking the time to contact us.

Patron Comment: Submitted by a staff member on behalf of a patron: Patron requested that the DVDs be organized by category more in the way a movie rental store would organize them. As an elderly patron new to the DVD technology, he found it difficult to find titles of interest (hard for browsing vs. directed search).
