Patron Comment: Helpful service from reference desk on getting my Michigan Income Tax forms. And, they were free from the print machine. Very cool. Thanks.

Patron Comment: Tell the parking lot operator to make the exit gate to 5th automatically open. I was nearly run over by an exiting car that did not slow down at the open gate.

Patron Comment: We would love a youth 6-7-8—14 year olds DVD section (like ET, Karate Kid, Superman).

Patron Comment: Signs! (You need some.) The wall along the front counter was removed and the Return Boxes moved to the end of the counters but NO instructions (signs) accompany these changes. A sign designating the new place to return materials would be handy. And some instruction as to how one is expected to line up at the checkout counter would really be helpful.
