Paint-By-Numbers Country submitted by Meginator on August 29, 2020, 2:01pm This is basically a paint-by-numbers country album, but if you generally enjoy the genre that isn’t anything to complain about. Lyrically, the songs revolve around love (often lost love) and country living, and musically they incorporate acoustic and slide guitar along with a significant twang in the vocals. One track pays homage to bluegrass decently well, and the others all hit their marks as expected. This isn’t particularly inventive or catchy, but it gets the job done well enough.
