A fun read submitted by APluss on July 15, 2023, 11:03am Burroughs's Mars books are super fun, but a little slow and clearly filled with his imperialistic sentiments and the problematic racial undertones of his time. I suppose it's possible to enjoy this book, but you need to be ready for some ugly political stuff.
