It's a quiet day at the yarn shop, when suddenly the store owner's West Highland terriers, Hank and Gracie, begin barking furiously. What ever is the matter? Can two sweet pups and some well-placed knitting save the day?
In this charming story, local yarn shop owner Stacy Klaus and her 18-year-old niece/illustrator Molly Wade share their love of dogs and of craft even offering four simple knitting and crochet patterns and four coloring pages at the end of the book, so that you, too, can save the day.

The story and illustrations are cute, and there is a short blurb about the type of dog in the story describing how the breed is as a pet. But at the end are also coloring and knitting activities/patterns, so it is not just a passive book.
