You'll want to keep this book! submitted by mickplu on July 8, 2018, 8:14am I borrowed this book from the library but will probably buy a copy as I know there are chapters I'd like to read again. Alda founded the Center for Communicating Science and this book explores many of the studies and tips that he's gathered over the years. My favorite is instead of saying "yes, but" say "yes and>..." which doesn't discourage the other speaker but allows both parties to collaborate on new solutions.
