Solid book submitted by KJRULEZ on July 25, 2016, 9:15pm Not the best Brian K. Vaughan book (it's no Saga), but not bad either. It's beautiful (Cliff Chiang art is amazing, and Matt Wilson has the best colors) and invokes a certain 80s sci-fi nostalgia. I'm curious to see where the series goes.

Vibrant and Interesting, if Flawed submitted by paper girl on June 28, 2019, 8:06pm Even if the story in this series is sometimes lacking, the gorgeous colors and compellingly absurd ideas take up some of the slack. The strongest suits of "Paper Girls" are its originality and ability not to take itself too seriously. If outlandish yet gritty sci-fi is your cup of tea, I would give this one a try.

Unique graphic novel series submitted by tayjayfo on August 20, 2019, 6:57am This series is really interesting. It's a sort of coming of age story with a lot of interesting happenings. Written for young adults, this book is appreciated by a large audience including adult readers. Highly recommended.

Paper Girls 1 submitted by jhaberich on July 11, 2021, 6:31pm This is a good graphic novel for teens to sit down and read. It's quick, suspenseful, and each girl has her own backstory that unravels through their adventures together. They also all have very different personalities. This book is totally worth a read. When you finish this there are 5 more books in this series too!

Gripping female led sci-fi mystery submitted by Alyse Guenther on August 24, 2022, 9:09pm Great blend of action, sci-fi mystery and female power. If you're fan of Stranger Things, Paper Girls evokes similar notes of 80s nostalgia and the "where is this roller coaster ride going to go next?" vibe.
