The Julian chapter -- Pluto -- Shingaling.
Read by Michael Chamberlain, Scott Merriman, Taylor Ann Krahn, and the author.
An extra peek at Auggie before he started at Beecher Prep and during his first year there. Listeners get to see him through the eyes of Julian, the bully; Christopher, Auggie's oldest friend; and Charlotte, Auggie's new friend at school. Together, these three stories are a treasure for listeners who don't want to leave Auggie behind when they finish Wonder.

alternative points of view submitted by camelsamba on June 30, 2017, 9:27pm AUGGIE & ME presents Auggie's story from the point of view of three different characters. The first is Julian, the bully. The second is Christopher, Auggie's oldest friend. The final one is Charlotte, one of the classmates selected by the principal to befriend Auggie. By seeing the story from these other perspectives, middle grade readers are given some insight into how different people view the same event. I read this aloud to my middle schooler and we spent quite a bit of time discussing Julian and his reactions in particular.
Auggie and Me submitted by SBNB on June 23, 2019, 8:15pm This is an AMAZING companion to "Wonder". In fact, I would say that "Wonder" is incomplete without The Julian Chapter to really bring it home.
