Sun Ra with Pharoah Sanders submitted by tisaallen on June 17, 2022, 11:36am Tenor saxophonist John Gilmore briefly left the Arkestra in 1964 and was replaced by then unknown Pharoah Sanders. This album was recorded on December 31, 1964 at Judson Hall as part of the Jazz Composers Guild's "Four Days in December" series of concerts. It was originally released on LP in 1976 and this version includes additional tracks from the concert.
