The Only Season of Enterprise Worth Watching submitted by jgerman79 on July 24, 2019, 9:30pm You should watch season 1 to get the premise, learn the characters, and understand the changes to the Star Trek universe this series makes. You can watch season2 if you wish, but not necessary. Season 3 is garbage, don't even bother.

But Season 4 (after the first episode which is a quick and non-believable wrap up of the trash season 3 left the show in), is FANTASTIC. I LOVE the 3 episode story arcs they do. This season of Enterprise explains so many questions fans have from Star Trek and Next Gen (and a little from DS9), and it does it VERY WELL. Great writing. If only they'd had these writers for all 4 seasons and not just this last one.
