Gut-Busting Fun submitted by Meginator on June 20, 2018, 10:51pm This book collects sketches from the planning phases of all of Pixar’s films through The Good Dinosaur; these are essentially first drafts of jokes, including everything from groan-inducing puns (and I mean that in a good way) to some of the completed films’ finest comedic moments. An introduction places the drawings in their context within the creative process and most drawings include brief notes from their creators, illuminating the studio’s joke-writing system and providing laugh-out-loud moments on every page. This book is hilarious and worth a look from all Pixar fans.

Good but.... submitted by Zekicmom on August 5, 2018, 5:56pm Funny! Is delightful. I love getting to look behind the scenes of things I enjoy. But I found myself wanting more. For a large book, it's not a ton of content. I guess I should just rack it up to a case of quality instead of quantity.
