"Warning: the book turns into a robot"--Cover.
Contains another story bound upside-down within the book: "Robo-Book / data by Adroid Rubot ; images by Salmatron 5000 published by Droid Books for Young Readers, 2015."
A special sauce turns a boy into a robot, and he then transforms everyone and everything into robots, including the book.

Great submitted by kathiravan on July 25, 2017, 11:12am Great book for kids who are obsessed with robots.

A Literal Twist Ending submitted by Meginator on August 11, 2021, 4:21pm Though I didn’t care for the character design in the illustrations, this book’s innovative (and almost literal) twist ending sets it apart from the pack. Just when you think you can see the moral lesson approaching, Adam Rubin sends the story off in another direction entirely. This book isn’t particularly deep or otherwise exceptional, but it is fairly clever although the joke might be lost on some readers (or anyone who is confused, as I was at first, by the instructions).
