Fun Read and Great Pacing submitted by Maria Maguire on July 17, 2018, 7:02pm This book was really enjoyable to read! The story of Constance Kopp working to protect her family is exciting, and is perfectly balanced with chapters setting up the backstory of the characters. The pacing keeps you interested in both the past and the present without overwhelming you with either. The fact that it was based on a true story made it extra interesting, and I love that at the end of the novel the author noted which parts were real, and which she made up. I'm looking forward to reading the next book in the series!
