Great Series submitted by strawberryhead on September 30, 2016, 4:04pm The Cadfael series was something I originally watched 20 years ago on PBS. All well made. Family appropriate.

Good Watch submitted by cbrewster on June 30, 2018, 2:27pm Great PBS series with 13 episodes based off the Cadfael book series by Ellis Peters. This set contains my all time favorite episode, "The Virgin in the Ice." The main character is a crusader turned monk named Cadfael. He is progressive and very intelligent for his time. Fun to see how people lived in medieval times.
