Neil is older now. submitted by tbbrown76 on July 18, 2017, 4:22pm His lyrics are still spot on, but his vocals are suspect. In the CSN&Y years the harmonies were tight. Now, they are sad. Almost painful at times. But when he sings about the evils of Monsanto and Starbucks it harkens me back 40 years.

Neil Young in protest mode submitted by tisaallen on June 14, 2022, 2:15pm Neil's first album with Promise of the Real, featuring Willie Nelson's sons Lukas and Micah finds him in protest mode targeting Starbucks, Monsanto and Wal-Mart. The writing seems a little lackluster. Not a particularly notable release.
