Mindfulness for Kids submitted by Meginator on July 10, 2017, 8:53pm This book does a great job of introducing kids to the idea of mindfulness with a relatable story rather than jargon. Many will relate to Charlotte's quest for a moment to herself, and the way she learns to find her own quiet place within her will resonate with readers of all ages.
