A true Masterpiece, one of the best movies EVER MADE. DO not miss it! submitted by Tassos on November 10, 2021, 9:25am I watched this movie yesterday and I was AMAZED at how good it was. I knew of course that the Director, Ernst Lubitsch, was a Great Director, had seen his "The Shop around the Corner" several times (this was the movie that inspired the far inferior "You got Mail"), but not all his movies are masterpieces, for example, "Heaven can wait", which I saw yesterday, was rather lame and poorly acted. BUT you should NOT Miss this one! AMAZINGLY GOOD, and you also get the great, legendary actress Greta Garbo.

It is sad that too few people read these reviews here. If you are one of them, you can help your friends see a rare MASTERPIECE by telling them about it. The more informed andn educated they are, the more they will love this movie.

It is also sad that, 100% TRULY, "they do not make masterpieces like this any more"! THere is NO current movie you can waste your $ on which is HALF as good. Seriously! After all, most new movies are worse versions of old movies, or stupid action flicks like "The Fast and the Morons", or idiotic animated movies for kids less than 5, or, Superhero comic so-called movies (utter garbage), or "Fantasy" and "Sci FI" BS so-called movies.

So, open your eyes and experience what a TRUE MASTERPIECE, the total opposite of the above WORTHLESS JUNK, is.
