COMMUNITY REVIEWS

Season 2 (warning, may contain spoilers) submitted by Jen Chapin-Smith on August 16, 2019, 3:38pm The second season of "Supernatural" builds upon the narrative of season one as we learn more about the demon who killed Mary Winchester (protagonists Sam and Dean's mother) and how that demon continues to influence their lives.
This season also starts the pattern viewers will see throughout the series of the brothers taking terrible risks, even sometimes risking the entire planet, to save each other. It also begins the pattern in which no character ever actually dies but can always come back to life (from Heaven, Hell or somewhere else) or their alternate-dimension doppelganger can show up in this reality. In a later season, one character even mocks this trend saying "no one's ever really dead."

The end of the first plot driver submitted by Xris on July 13, 2020, 10:50pm They finally are able to find the demon who killed their mother and deal with it. I like the introduction of the Roadhouse with Ellen and Jo.
