Interesting idea, boring execution. submitted by Tassos on December 3, 2021, 9:06pm The idea was to steal the sublime tale of "orpheus and Euyrydice" from Greek Mythology and transport it and reenacting with poor devils from the favelas of Rio, dirt-poor wretches who seem to be dancing and beating drums all day long (no wonder they remain dirt poor). I tried to watch it but was bored to death with the insignificant sub-scenes so I returned the dvd well before it went to the MEAT of the myth.
