Liked it okay... submitted by Kikumatsu97 on July 26, 2015, 8:06pm David Brooks thinks we ought to focus our lives on developing eulogy virtues -- the traits that get praised at funerals -- rather than resume virtues -- the ones that get you ahead in a career. This is a provocative book with a sharp diagnosis and misguided solutions. Brooks is spot-on that our post-religious society lacks a vocabulary for describing virtuous lives.
