When young squire Gareth goes in search of a fallen comet, he believes it holds gold that he can use to pay for his knighthood. Instead of finding a comet, Gareth finds the dragon Drago who has fallen to earth and is being hunted by an evil sorcerer. After Drago saves Gareth's life, the two become intricately bonded and they must work together to defeat the sorcerer and stop his reign of terror. Along the way, Gareth learns the true meaning of being a knight.

No comparison to the original submitted by mrajraspn08 on June 30, 2015, 9:41am I was so excited to see they had made a third movie. I have very low hopes of sequels, especially when the original was so good, but I figured I'd give it a try. Definitely a direct-to-video movie. While it was better than my low expectations dared hope, it was still not even in the same class as the original, or even the second. If it's on, it's worth watching, but not worth checking out.

Like the old joke submitted by GJBarnett2 on July 2, 2015, 10:36am ... about Chinese food (half-an-hour later you're hungry again), half-an-hour after watching this you want to see another movie. This was a complete waste of time.
